May 14, 2011 the Fight To Win promotion held their, “Outlaws” show at the National Western Complex in Denver, Colorado. The show had 12 fights with nine professional bouts and three titles contested. The main event showcased the skills of undefeated #4 world ranked Colorado fighter Cat Zingano against Japanese superstar fighter #7 world ranked Takayo Hashi for the Fight To Win 125 lb. women's professional title. 

Main event: Cat Zingano vs. Takayo Hashi for the Fight To win 125 lb. professional women's title.

Most all of the first round was spent with the fighters clinched and each able to turn the other into the cage to land knees. Briefly it was on the ground, but the referee stood the fighters when the action slowed. Each time they separated from the clinch Zingano worked solid teep kicks to set up punches. The second round was an all standing affair with Zingano landing more teep kicks from the outside and both fighters battling for wrist control, cage position and landing knee strikes when clinched. Round three again saw a great deal of clinch work with Zingano able to control the majority of the action there. It went to the mat once and Zingano controlled position and worked GNP before letting Hashi stand. Again the fighters worked in the clinch until Hashi jumped guard. Zingano stood tall and slammed her opponent to the canvas stunning her. Zingano followed with GNP and got the KO victory at 4:42 of round three. 

Co-Main event: Richard White vs. Ryan Martinez.

Martinez landed solid leg kicks before White shot for the takedown. The fighters slammed into the cage and fell to the canvas with Martinez landing in side control. From there Martinez flurried with strikes until White tapped out. The tapout victory came for Martinez at 2:24 of round one. 

Luke Caudillo vs. Steve Graneri. The fighters circled early after Granieri landed a glancing head kick. After separating Granieri worked multiple times for takedowns, but Caudillo was able to defend with a good sprawl. Finally Granieri got the takedown and worked GNP until they scrambled back to standing. Granieri secured standing head control and worked for a guillotine until the bell ended the round. Round two had Granieri using his strikes to set up the shoot but Caudillo defended well and landed a knee to the head from the clinch that dropped Graneri. Caudillo followed with GNP to get the KO win at 1:04 of round two. 

Angelo Duarte vs. Nick Macias. The fighters worked in and out of the clinch with each able to press the other into the cage. Duarte scored a head toss takeover and tried for a head and arm triangle choke. Macias escaped and the fighters went back to standing to trade strikes. Several times Duarte shot for takedowns, but always Macias was able to sprawl and get back to standing. Round two saw Macias turn up his striking game including multiple leg kicks. Duarte continued to work for takedowns but Macias was able to sprawl and work back to standing. Late in the round Duarte pulled Macias down, but Macias used head pressure to get back to standing to end the round. Round three had Macias successfully defending multiple takedown attempts by way of sprawling then going back to standing. Finally Duarte was able to get the fight to the mat and work GNP from inside the guard of Macias. Off of his back Macias showed a good guard and quickly threw up an armbar to get the submission victory at 2:06 of the third round. 

Vinny Pallone vs. George Ashauer. The fighters came out with a very fast pace and each was able to land solid strikes both in and out of the clinch. Pallone favored his punching while Ashauer worked a good clinch game and landed repeated knee strikes. Off of a high knee attempt Ashauer slipped to the mat. Pallone landed in Ashauer's guard and worked GNP while Ashauer worked submissions. Ashauer was able to scramble to his feet and again the fighters traded hard strikes. After attaining the clinch Ashauer landed a knee to the head of Pallone that dropped him. On the ground Ashauer followed with punches to score the TKO win at 4:49 of round one.

Josiah Callis vs. Nick Buschman. The fighters came out circling and trading hard strikes. Callis pressed forward constantly but Buschman had great success with hard counter strikes. Callis threw a high kick that caught Buschman in the throat and Callis followed with a flurry of knee strikes and punches until the referee stopped the bout at 3:10 of round one giving Callis the TKO victory. Later in the evening Buschman came into the cage and announced his retirement from MMA fighting. Thank you sir for the years of entertainment and great fights. 

Jeremiah Constant vs. Xavier Saccamano. The fighters came out striking hard with Constant landing a brutal knee to the head of Saccamano. Saccamano took the strike well and got the clinch. Constant however scored a hip toss takedown and immediately he took full mount to work GNP. Saccamano rolled face down to escape the strikes, but Constant kept up the striking and got the tapout due to strikes at :57 of round one. 

Travis Coyle vs. Ricky Musgrave. The fighters worked for position in the clinch with each landing knee strikes before it went to the mat. Musgrave worked strikes before being pushed off and Coyle scrambled to standing. Musgrave again got a takedown and spent the rest of the round working to improve his position while landing effective GNP. Round two had the fighters clinch early and off of the clinch Musgrave scored a takedown and worked relentlessly with strikes while Coyle scrambled to try to escape. Finally from the top Musgrave put together a series of brutal strikes and Coyle tapped out. The tapout win came for Musgrave at 3:40 of round two. 

Joey Guerra vs. Steve Hanna. The fighters traded strikes in and out of the clinch before Hanna got it to the mat to work GNP until the action slowed and the referee stood the fighters. After a punching exchange the fighters clinched and Hanna again got a takedown to work GNP until the bell ended the round. Round two had hard striking from each before Hanna got it to the mat and again controlled position and worked GNP that opened a cut on Guerra that the Dr. was called in to check. The cut did not warrant a stoppage and the fight continued with Hanna scoring a takedown and finishing the round on top working strikes. Round three saw Guerra striking hard before Hanna took it to the mat. On the ground Hanna worked to improve his position and after scrambling he took back control, set in the body triangle and closed off the RNC for the submission victory at 2:10 of round three. 

The rest of the fights were in the elimination division. 

Cody Mumma vs. Zack Walsh for the Fight To Win 185 lb. title. Hard shots were traded early, both in and out of the clinch before Mumma got a takedown to work GNP. Walsh was able to get back to standing, but Mumma quickly took him down again and finished the round with GNP from half mount. Round two had hard shots landed early by Walsh including a punch that dropped Mumma. Mumma recovered and after scrambling to his feet he scored a takedown to work solid GNP. The fighters scrambled to standing and again Mumma scored a takedown and used hard GNP to set in a tight armbar that Walsh defended until the bell sounded. Round three had Mumma getting an early takedown and working GNP to set up a transition to full mount. From the top Mumma flurried with strikes until the referee stopped the fight giving Mumma the title winning TKO at 1:16 of round three. 

J. J. Mondragon vs. Abe Alvarado for the Fight To Win 135 lb. title. Round one was an almost all striking affair. It did hit the mat twice, but quickly Alvarado got back to standing where the fighters traded hard strikes with Mondragon landing the more effective punches and kicks. After getting back to his feet from an Alvarado takedown early in round two Mondragon was able to control the striking action throughout the rest of the round with Alvarado occasionally landing a stinging counter strike. Round three was all striking with Mondragon pressing forward and Alvarado countering. The judge's scorecards were read and the winner by unanimous decision and taking home the title was J. J. Mondragon 

David Treanor vs. Daniel Munoz. The fighters exchanged early strikes before Treanor got it to the mat with a leg trip takedown. Once on the ground Treanor was able to control position, work GNP and threaten with submissions until the bell ended the round. Round two had Treanor landing a spinning heel kick followed by a roundhouse kick to the head before getting a takedown. Once Treanor escaped head control it was the same as round one with Treanor controlling position and landing strikes to set up submission attempts. Round three had Treanor missing with a spinning hook kick but following it with a spinning backfist that dropped Munoz. On the mat Treanor took top position, landed strikes then set in the fight ending head and arm triangle choke. The submission victory came for Treanor at 1:04 of round three.
